Furniture showed up several months late, DAMAGED and the delivery guys totally trashed my walls in my brand home carrying it all up. I had missing paint and huge gashes in my walls.

Not to mention as they opened it with box cutters they sliced my furniture. I spoke with the disbatcher while the delivery men were still there to confirm that the furniture was in good condition and made a complaint immediately. The delivery guy said to me that he should have had me sign a waiver, to what ?? cover his total incompetence.

WHAT A JOKE!! It took several months of constant calls to their corporate office to get reimbursed for the damage to my walls but still the furniture that was damaged has yet to be repaired and they won't exchange it for new pieces.

They are horrible people and totally unfit to run a business. If they were the last furniture company in existence I would figure out how to build my own furniture first!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
